 Return to Work Services
For many of us, our work helps define who we are and what we are able to give to our community. Hope Network Rehabilitation Services offers various Vocational Services to anyone with a disability who wants to work. Vocational evaluations identify strengths and challenges related to work. Job Placement services assist in securing competitive employment that matches interests and skills. Supported employment options are offered for people unable to work independently. Job coaching is available once individuals start work and will continue until both the employee and employer feel comfortable with the job.
Hope Network Rehabilitation Services placed 81 percent of individuals into competitive employment and achieved an overall 6 month retention rate of 63 percent.
