Residential and Community Support

Our Residential and Community Support programs offer a community setting for those making their comeback. Unlike being in a hospital setting, individuals get the benefit of professional service while getting back to a life of independence.

Campus-based residential programs

  • Two levels of care:
    • 24/7 in-home staff supervision
      • Furnished, barrier-free home located on a Hope Network campus
      • Typically those who have long-term Assisted Living needs
    • Intermediate supported living
      • Less than 24 hours per day – staff check in throughout the day to assist with daily living skills depending on each individual’s needs.
      • On call staff are available if needed 24 hours per day.
      • barrier-free bedroom and full bath in a four bedroom apartment on Hope Network’s campus in Grand Rapids
